Roma Pass Travel Health is the new additional service offered by Rome Pass, the tourist card for the city. Thanks to a multilingual call centre tourists have access to a dedicated health assistance service for first aid advice and swift direction to either private or public structures according to need and condition.
How it works:
• Call +39 06.83496311 (local rates apply)
• Choose language – English, French or Spanish and a multilingual operator will answer.
• Give the operator the number on your Roma Pass.
• Give your case history and the operator will give you first aid advise and, when necessary, will direct you to either a public or private structure on the basis of your needs and condition.

The service if open 24 hours per day and 365 days per year.
